Koinonia (koy-nohn-ee’-ah) is a Greek word that occurs 20 times in the Bible. Koinonia’s primary meaning is “fellowship, sharing in common, communion.

ABOUT KOACH KIM

Kim Mack is a native of Graham, NC and a 1987 graduate of Elon College where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She also has earned a Master’s of Public Administration degree from North Carolina Central University in Durham, NC and is certified as a Human Resources Professional with the Society of Human Resources Professionals (SHRM) and with Human Resource Certification Institute. Currently Lady Kim  is a Human Resources Business Partner with LabCorp in Burlington, NC and has served with LabCorp for 25 years.

Kim is certified with Interactive Fitness Trainers of America as a Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.  She is also a charter member of the Burlington Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She has served on the Alamance Community College Foundation Board of Directors and former President of the Alamance County Human Resource Association and  served as Assistant Secretary for the North Carolina State SHRM Chapter.

Kim is the daughter of the late Herbert and Erma Bush and is married to the Bishop Sir Walter Mack, Senior Pastor of Union Baptist Church in Winston-Salem, NC where she serves as the First Lady of the approximately 4,000+ member ministry.

KLASS DESCRIPTION: All klasses are in a fun Christian environment on Zoom.

• BOOTCAMP is a mix of cardio and strength training. 45-minute sessions. We use weights, resistance bands and ropes. Towel and bottled water to stay hydrated during the workout. 2 or 3-day sessions are available.

• CHAIR workouts are completed in a chair with no special equipment needed. Bottled water is used to stay hydrated during the workout. 30 minutes 2 days/week
